The Board of Directors of the Yogi Infra Projects Limited (formerly known as Yogi Sung-Won (India) Limited)(Company) at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday November 14 2024 have duly approved the followingmatters:(1) Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 302024 together with the Limited review report of the auditors in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (ListingObligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015;(2) To act as co-borrower towards loan obtained by Moongipa Realty Private Limited Subsidiary of theCompany from Aditya Birla Finance Limited not exceeding INR 300000000/- (Rupees Thirty Crore Only)for tenure of 60 months which is within the overall limits prescribed under the Companies Act 2013.
