Private equity firm TPG on Tuesday divested a 3.9 per cent stake in Tata Technologies for Rs 1,068 crore through an open market transaction.
According to the bulk deal data available, TPG through its arm TPG Rise Climate SF offloaded more than 1.58 crore shares of Tata Technologies, which provides engineering and product development digital services.
The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 673.26 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), taking the aggregate deal value to Rs 1,068.05 crore.
After the latest transaction, TPG's arm holding in Tata Technologies declined to 2.1 per cent from 6 per cent.
Details of the buyers of Tata Technologies' shares could not be ascertained on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
On Tuesday, shares of Tata Technologies declined 6.11 per cent to close at Rs 662.50 apiece on the NSE.
In a separate block deal on the NSE, seven entities, including Citigroup Global Markets, BofA Securities Europe, and Tata Mutual Fund, bought 87.21 lakh

Philips is expecting double-digit growth in the short to mid-term in India, a "key market" for the Dutch multinational, a top company official said on Tuesday.
India has the potential to come into its top five markets over the next five years, helped by the double-digit CAGR growth here, said Vidyut Kaul, Head of Personal Health, Philips Growth Region (JAPAC, ISC, META & LATAM).
The company is encouraging domestic sourcing not only for the local markets but also for its global markets, he added.

Mother Dairy has hiked milk prices by up to Rs 2 per litre effective Wednesday to partly offset rising input costs.
The price revision will be effective from April 30, 2025 across its market, a company official said on Tuesday.
"This price revision has been necessitated to address the significant increase in procurement costs, which have gone up by Rs 4-5 per litre over the past few months," the Mother Dairy official said.
The surge in procurement prices is primarily driven by early onset of summer and heatwave conditions, the official said.
Mother Dairy sells around 35 lakh litre of milk per day in the Delhi-NCR market through its own outlets, general trade and e-commerce platforms.
"We remain committed to ensuring the consistent availability of quality milk to consumers while supporting the livelihoods of our farmers," he said.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) on Friday presented a Rs 40,187 crore-budget for the megapolis.
Infrastructure spends across projects have been pegged at Rs 35,151 crore or 87 per cent of the overall expenditure, as per an official statement. The revenues have been estimated at Rs 36,939 crore, and the body chaired by Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde will be borrowing Rs 22,000 crore.
This will result in a budget deficit of Rs 3,249 crore, which the body plans to bridge through land sales, issuance of bonds, financial assistance from the government, and loans from financial institutions, the statement said.

The Rajya Sabha on Thursday returned the Finance Bill 2025 to the Lok Sabha, along with 35 government amendments, including one that abolishes a 6 per cent digital tax on online advertisements, thus completing the 2025-26 budgetary exercise that started on February 1.
The House also returned the Appropriation Bill (3) with a voice vote.
Earlier in the day, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had moved the two bills in the House.
The Lok Sabha had passed the Finance Bill on March 25 and passed the Appropriation Bill on March 21.
Replying to the debate later in the evening, she said the tendency of the finance ministry would be to exercise caution and not let go of revenues.
