More than 23 million Americans struggle with addiction. About four million will receive some kind of treatment. When you think of rehab, you may think of boutique high-end treatment homes like Cliffside Malibu, but Michael Cartwright, the chief executive officer of American Addiction Centers, believes that addiction treatment should go public.
