The upcoming Noida International Airport (NIA) on Thursday said it has partnered with Mahindra Logistics Mobility to provide a premium, all-electric taxi service for passengers flying to and from the facility.
The round-the-clock and seven days-a-week service will feature premium pick-up and drop-off facilities located at the arrival and departure kerbs, minimising walking distance, NIA said.
Passengers will be able to book rides through various channels, including a dedicated mobile app, website, call centre, airline alliances, and airport kiosks. This multi-channel approach will guarantee accessibility and ease of booking for travellers, it said.
The fleet will be managed with a focus on real-time dynamic adjustments based on passenger demand and flight schedules, reducing wait times, and extending service availability, NIA said.

State-owned Punjab & Sind Bank plans to raise Rs 3,000 crore from maiden infrastructure bonds this month as part of exercise to raise resources to expand loan book.
"We have taken board approval for raising Rs 5,000 crore from infrastructure bonds in tranches. As against that, the bank proposes to raise Rs 3,000 crore in the first tranche," Punjab & Sind Bank Managing Director and CEO Swarup Kumar Saha said.
Asked about the timing of fundraise, he said, it would be tentatively in the third week of this month.
The base issue size is going to be Rs 500 crore, with a greenshoe option of Rs 2,500 crore.
In accordance with RBI guidelines, these papers would have a tenure of 10 years. They have been rated as 'AA' by domestic rating agencies.
The bank proposes to utilise the proceeds in the next two quarters. These bonds would be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for trading.

Senior advocate Vrinda Grover will no longer be representing the R G Kar Medical College rape-murder victim's family, sources said on Thursday.
They said that the concerned trial court, before which the trial in the rape-murder case is being held, has been informed accordingly and that the counsels stand discharged from the matter.
The sources said that at this stage, on account of "certain intervening factors and circumstances", senior advocate Vrinda Grover is constrained to withdraw from the case proceedings in this matter and will no longer be representing the victim's family.
The chamber of advocate Grover, including advocates Soutik Banerjee and Arjun Gooptu, were requested by the victim's parents to provide legal representation before the Supreme Court, Calcutta High Court and the Sealdah sessions court and ACJM court, they said.
