CM Fadnavis administers 'pollution-free' festivals pledge to school students

Mumbai, Oct 10 (ANI): Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday administered pledge to schoolchildren for celebrating festivals without spreading pollution. Maharashtra Environment Minister, Ramdas Kadam, confirmed the Chief Minister's decision. The Minister also urged the masses to pay cognizance to the alarming pollution level and adopt green practices. CM Fadnavis' action comes a day after the Supreme Court (SC) banned sale of crackers in Delhi till October 31st.
