Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Sarsanghchalak (chief) Mohan Bhagwat asked in a speech on Thursday as part of the Sanjeevan Vyakhyanmala series in Pune. He also brought back the Sangh’s ambition that India should rise as a vishwaguru, or teacher to the world.
