	The Indian women&#39;s hockey team clinched their 2nd consecutive title as they defeated China 1-0 in the final at the Rajgir hockey stadium in Bihar on November 20. They become the 2nd team to get back-to-back titles in the Women&#39;s Asian Champions Trophy history.<small class="brtagPara">&nbsp;</small>
	Deepika&#39;s strike in the 3rd quarter into the bottom right corner did the job for the Women in Blue on the night as the home crowd rejoiced in what was is a successfull title defense at home.<small class="brtagPara">&nbsp;</small>
	While China did try their best to take the game to the hosts, an end-to-end game in the 1st half saw both sides going back into the dressing room with the score at 0-0. However, it was the defending champions that came out in the 2nd half with a more aggressive spproach and got the breakthrough in the 3rds quarter. It would have been 2-0 when India got the penalty stroke. But Deepika failed to put it into the back of the net as the goalkeeper saved the strike going into the left corner.<small class="brtagPara">&nbsp;</small>
	In the end, it was the Women in Blue who got through the finish line and secured another title for themselves on the night.</div>
