DB Corp Q4 results: Net profit rises nearly three-fold to Rs 122.52 cr

Media house DB Corp Ltd on Wednesday reported a nearly three-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 122.52 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, helped by a broad-based growth across verticals. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 41.02 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago, DB Corp said in a regulatory filing. Its revenue from operations was up 16.23 per cent to Rs 617.13 crore during the quarter under review. It was at Rs 530.95 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. The company said its total expenses in the March quarter was at Rs 480.23 crore, down 2.2 per cent. Its revenue from "printing, publishing and allied business" was up 15.42 per cent to Rs 576.28 crore in the March quarter of financial year 2023-24. While revenue from the radio business was at Rs 41.15 crore, up 29.28 per cent. DB Corp reports 2.5-fold rise in net profit to Rs 78.75 cr in Q1FY24

Media firm DB Corp Ltd on Thursday reported over two-and-half-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 78.75 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2023 riding on robust advertising revenue growth. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 31 crore in the same period last fiscal, DB Corp said in a regulatory filing. Consolidated total income during the period under review stood at Rs 573.6 crore, as compared to Rs 499.38 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, it added. Total expenses in the first quarter were at Rs 469.97 crore, as against Rs 457.3 crore in the same period a year ago. DB Corp Q4 results: Net profit up 67.3% to Rs 41 cr, revenue up 12.5%

Media house DB Corp Ltd on Friday reported an increase of 67.3 per cent in its consolidated net profit at Rs 41.02 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2023. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 24.52 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago, DB Corp said in a regulatory filing. Its revenue from operations was up 12.5 per cent to Rs 530.95 crore during the quarter under review, as against Rs 471.96 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. DB Corp's total expenses were at Rs 491 crore, up 10 per cent in Q4/FY23, as against Rs 446.38 crore. The total income of DB Corp in the March quarter was at Rs 544.63 crore, up 13.5 per cent. Its revenue from Printing, Publishing and allied business was up 12.92 per cent to Rs 499.28 crore, during the quarter as against Rs 418.45 crore of the corresponding period.
