Multiple sources told PTI on Friday that no concrete consensus has been arrived yet on the contentious issue and that G20 Sherpas are holding hectic negotiations to find an amicable solution to the issue. Two sources said the G7 countries are not agreeable to any leaders' declaration without reference to the Ukraine conflict, adding there are other sticky issues as well. "But we are hopeful of overcoming them," said a source. The Delhi Police on Friday said more than 40 residents of the Gandhi Nagar area have come forward to help the city police strengthen the night vigil during the G20 Summit. We would be taking their help at pickets and night patrolling," a senior police official said.
