Gurugram DC Ajay Kumar has ordered officials to strictly implement the restrictions of GRAP 4 due to increasing air pollution. As per the order, many restrictions have been imposed, including change in office timings of government employees, work from home in private institutions, classes in hybrid mode in schools, ban on construction and demolition activities. As per the orders issued by the DC, employees in all government offices will come to the office at 9:30 in the morning and will render their services till 5:30 in the evening. In all municipal bodies, the timings would be from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The DC has issued an advisory for all private institutions to work from home till further orders. The company has launched a new project 'Amaris' at Sector 62 in Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. "We have launched a new housing project in Gurugram. We are getting a tremendous response from customers," Emaar India CEO Kalyan Chakrabarti told PTI. The National Company Law Tribunal has directed to initiate insolvency proceedings against realty firm Raheja Developers on a petition filed by flat allottees of its Gurgaon-based Shilas project. The NCLT said Raheja Developers has a "debt due and default" against the flat allottees, who had made their payments and delivery of the units was not on time and referred it for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). Last month, DLF did a pre-launch of its 17-acre super-luxury housing project 'The Dahlias' at DLF 5, Gurugram, after obtaining all regulatory approvals and has received a good response from customers. The company will develop around 420 apartments in this project, which is the second ultra-luxury offering from DLF after the successful delivery of 'The Camellias'. In a statement on Sunday, Signature Global said it has awarded the construction contract for its premium residential project 'Titanium SPR' at Sector 71, Gurugram. "The contract worth Rs 1,203 crore has been entrusted to the renowned construction company Capacit'e Infraprojects," it added. Spanning 14.382 acres, this project has a total of 608 units. The company will develop this project in two phases. In a regulatory filing on Friday, Godrej Properties said it has emerged as the "highest bidder for a luxury group housing plot on Golf Course Road in Gurugram with a revenue potential in excess of Rs 5,500 crore." The company has secured the Letter of Intent to develop a group housing plot at Golf Course Road through an e-auction conducted by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP).
