The initial public offering (IPO) lane will be busy in November with five companies, including Tata Technologies and Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd, tapping the primary market next week to raise over Rs 7,300 crore collectively. The other three companies whose maiden public issues are ready to open are Fedbank Financial Services, Flair Writing Industries, and Gandhar Oil Refinery India. Together, these five companies are expected to fetch more than Rs 7,300 crore through the IPOs, data from the stock exchanges showed. Before this, three firms -- ASK Automotive, Protean eGov Technologies, and ESAF Small Finance Bank -- launched their public issues earlier this month. Healthcare products distributor Entero Healthcare Solutions has filed preliminary papers with capital markets regulator Sebi to mop-up funds through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 1,000 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) component of up to 85.57 lakh equity shares, according to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), which was filed on Wednesday. According to investment banking sources, the IPO is expected to be worth Rs 1,000 crore. Those selling shares in OFS are promoters Prabhat Agrawal, Prem Sethi, and OrbiMed Asia III Mauritius Ltd, and other shareholders Chethan M P, Deepesh T Gala, Hemant Jose Barros, Hemant Jaggi, K R V S Varaprasad, K E Prakash and Lavu Sahadev. Electronic manufacturing services firm Cyient DLM Ltd on Thursday said it has fixed a price band of Rs 250-265 per share for its initial public offering (IPO), which will open for subscription on June 27. The initial share sale will conclude on June 30 and the bidding for anchor investors will open on June 26, the company said in a statement. Cyient DLM's IPO is a purely fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 592 crore with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The company has already undertaken a private placement of 40.75 lakh equity shares worth Rs 108 crore. Funds raised through the IPO would be utilised for funding incremental capital requirements, capital expenditure, debt payment, achieving inorganic growth through acquisitions as well as for general corporate purposes. The company said that 75 per cent of the issue has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15 per cent for non-institutional investors, and the remaining 10 per cent for the retail .

Pune-based Vinsys offers customised courses for sectors such as BFSI, telecom, and government departments, where training for IT and processes is essential. Global investment firm Blackstone-sponsored Nexus Select Trust will hit the capital market on May 9 to raise up to Rs 3,200 crore through its retail REIT initial public offering (IPO). This will be India's first REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) IPO backed by rent yielding retail real estate assets.
