L&T Realty, the real estate division of engineering and construction conglomerate Larsen and Toubro, has sold out all the homes in the first phase of its maiden residential project in the city, the company said on Sunday. L&T Realty is engaged in the construction of Avinya Enclave in Manapakkam and the residential project is spread over seven acres. The first phase comprises four towers -- 500 apartments with a mix of two, three and four-BHK residential units. The price of an apartment at Avinya Enclave starts at Rs 90 lakh, a company statement said here. "L&T is a respected brand, and it is a great honour for us to launch our first residential project in Chennai. L&T Realty Developers Ltd, a subsidiary of L&T, has agreed to sell its complete stake in Think Tower Developers Pvt Ltd, the engineering and construction conglomerate said on Thursday. The agreement is expected to complete on January 30, which is subject to the completion of closing conditions. "L&T Realty Developers Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Ltd, has entered into an agreement to sell its entire stake of 99 per cent in Think Tower Developers Private Ltd, a subsidiary company (TTDPL), on January 5," Larsen and Toubro (L&T) said in a regulatory filing. TTDPL will cease to be a subsidiary company, the filing added. "The entire stake held by L&T Realty Developers Ltd in the company is being sold to Pratik Harshad Kalsariya, who does not belong to the promoter group," the company said.
L&T will build and develop the spaces, CLINT will market them; most of the projects are to be started from the second half of 2024

L&T Realty on Monday said it has signed agreements to jointly develop projects worth Rs 8,000 crore in Mumbai region as part of its expansion plan. L&T Realty is the real estate development arm of Larsen & Toubro. "The company has entered into a binding agreement to jointly develop projects in South Mumbai, Western Suburbs and Thane worth Rs 8,000 crore, with development potential of 4.4 million square feet," L&T Realty said in a statement. The company did not disclose the name of companies with whom it has signed agreements.
