Nara Lokesh meets Microsoft CEO, seeks support for advancing IT in Andhra

Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh on Tuesday said he met with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and expressed desire for collaborative efforts to drive digital transformation and opportunities in the state. Lokesh, who is currently touring the USA, in a social media post said he also sought the tech giant's guidance and support in advancing IT in the state. TAC InfoSec adds 200 new clients across 32 countries in September

TAC InfoSec, a cybersecurity solutions provider, on Wednesday said it added 200 new customers, including Microsoft and Lenovo, across 32 countries in September. TAC InfoSec Limited (TAC Security) is a cybersecurity company specialising in vulnerability management. It is India's first publicly listed cybersecurity firm. A hacking group tied to Russian intelligence tried to worm its way into the systems of dozens of Western think tanks, journalists and former military and intelligence officials, Microsoft and US authorities said Thursday. The group, known as Star Blizzard to cyberespionage experts, targeted its victims with emails that appeared to come from a trusted source a tactic known as spear phishing. In fact, the emails sought access to the victims' internal systems, as a way to steal information and disrupt their activities.
