The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) will hold a camp sitting here on Friday to hear cases of alleged human rights violations in the North Eastern states, an official statement said. The human rights body also recommended improving prison architecture and its environment to mitigate suicide attempts by prisoners in judicial custody.
