Reliance Industries has stopped selling petroleum coke within India and boosted imports of the product to turn it into synthetic gas to power its refineries
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed on Thursday, Nalco said in a BSE filing
Vedanta, an SEZ unit in Vedanta SEZ was granted letter of approval in April 2009 for manufacture of these products. The unit had commenced production in December 2015.
