World markets mostly gain ahead of Federal Reserve report, US jobs data

Global stock markets and Wall Street futures were higher Tuesday ahead of updates on US jobs amid fears of a possible global recession. Frankfurt, Shanghai and Hong Kong advanced. Seoul declined.
