Troubled quick commerce startup Dunzo has migrated all its employee accounts to Zoho workspace from Google, to bring down costs by at least a third. Google workspace is priced at about Rs 1,600 per user each month under the enterprise plan, while Zoho charges a portion of that at Rs 489 for similar offerings. A Dunzo spokesperson commented on the matter, saying, "This migration is just a regular business decision. There were some initial teething issues for the first couple of days, but all of these have been ironed out now." Chennai-headquartered SaaS company Zoho said it has surpassed 10 crore users globally. Zoho has become the first bootstrapped SaaS company to reach the milestone, the firm said in a statement. The company had crossed USD 1 billion in annual revenue in 2022. Zoho said it has witnessed a 3-year Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 65 per cent in the upmarket segment in India. "This is an impressive milestone for any organisation, but it's particularly sweet for us as a bootstrapped company that has never raised external capital," Zoho Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Sridhar Vembu said.

Technology company Zoho Corporation on Tuesday said it has implemented a custom-built capex procurement ERP software Zoho Creator to online grocery seller BigBasket. The cloud-based customer enterprise resource planning (ERP) software has helped BigBasket to enhance its operational efficiency, streamline the processes, and significantly cut costs thereby saving Rs 3 crore in six months. "With this solution, BigBasket has reduced the time taken to complete tasks by 50 per cent. It aims to utilise app development platform Zoho Creator's AI capabilities for the larger digital transformation and to replicate the solution for its operational expenditure model soon," the company said. BigBasket said it processes around five lakh orders per day and in the previous conventional model resulted in limiting visibility into the projected budget versus the actual budget.
